What is the dress code for the Maple Leaf Gala?

The Maple Leaf Gala is a formal black-tie event. Guests are expected to dress in formal evening wear — tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen, and formal gowns or elegant evening attire for ladies. National dress from both Canada and Guyana is warmly welcomed and celebrated.

Can I attend just one event — Gala only or Forum only?

Yes, absolutely. Separate tickets are available for the Maple Leaf Gala evening and the Business Forum daytime conference. The Full Experience (Both Events) package offers the best value and maximum networking opportunity, but single-event tickets are available for those with scheduling constraints.

What exclusive benefits do CGCC Members receive?

CGCC Members receive exclusive preferred ticket pricing on all categories — the Gala, Forum, and Full Experience packages. Members also receive priority access to registration before general sale opens, plus additional benefits throughout the event. Is parking available at the Aga Khan Museum?

Yes — free underground and surface parking is available for all event guests. The museum is also accessible by TTC bus from Broadview, Pape, and Eglinton subway stations. Visit our Venue page or TTC.ca for the latest schedules and route information.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, however tickets may be transferred to another delegate. Please contact info@cgchamber.gy for any cancellation or transfer requests.

Will there be structured networking opportunities?

Networking is a core priority of both events. The Business Forum includes structured networking sessions, delegate meetings, and a networking lunch. The Gala cocktail reception, dinner, and post-event mingling provide further opportunities for meaningful Canada–Guyana bilateral connections. How do I pay for tickets securely?

All ticket payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. You will receive an email confirmation and e-ticket upon successful registration. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
